		<description>I really like this topic.  Yes transition can be exciting and scary at the same time.  But the important thing about moving through a place of change, gracefully, are two things:  Intentional reflection on how you arrived at this very place.  In so doing it helps you to also explore "the reason why" (a powerful motivator for staying the course, no matter what).  And intentional focus on "what will be."  When you can visualize your new success place, moving forward seems a lot less daunting.  Thanks Joanna for a great post :)</description>
